Kaitlyn Harrison

Kaitlyn Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitlyn is currently the Head of North American Customer Service at Telmar, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Helixa starting in May 2021.

From September 2019 to May 2021, Kaitlyn worked at Shareablee, Inc as the Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Junior Customer Success Manager at the same company.

Before transitioning to customer success roles, Kaitlyn worked as a Research Analyst at CBS Television Distribution from November 2016 to December 2017. Kaitlyn also worked as an ABC News Research Contractor at Disney ABC Television Group from May 2015 to November 2016.

In addition to their corporate experience, Kaitlyn has also gained experience in other roles. Kaitlyn worked as a Store Clerk at Apogee from June 2013 to January 2015. Kaitlyn also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Kappa Alpha Theta from January 2014 to December 2014.

Kaitlyn's early career includes internships at Disney ABC Television Group as an ABC News Research Intern from June 2014 to August 2014, and at Diversified Credit Capital Corporation as an Intern from June 2013 to August 2013.

Kaitlyn Harrison obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Connecticut, studying from the year 2011 to 2015.
