Tobin Ludwig

Tobin Ludwig has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2011, they co-founded Hella Cocktail Co. and served as the COO, managing product innovation and development, supply chain/raw material procurement, manufacturing, ERP systems oversight, and consumer facing education and marketing. Tobin also served as a Strategic Advisor for hospitality and CPG startups in the food and beverage industry. In 2012, they began working as a Bartender at Bar Fedora, where they learned about hospitality, efficiency, and speed in a high volume and high energy environment.

Tobin Ludwig attended Ithaca College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cultural Anthropology. Tobin spent a semester abroad in 2005 at both Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and IES Abroad, where they studied Cultural Anthropology and Spanish. Ludwig also holds a Food Safety certification.
