Tim Kösterke is currently pursuing a Dr. rer. nat at the University of Münster and has extensive experience in research and development roles within the coatings industry. Tim served as Head of Global Innovation for the Competence Center Materials & Coatings at FORVIA HELLA and previously held the position of Team Manager Technology - Electrocoat EMEA at Axalta Coating Systems Germany GmbH from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Tim was Bereichsleiter R&D at Tetenal Europe GmbH and worked as a Project Manager R&D at Schoeller Technocell GmbH & Co. KG from 2012 to 2016.
