Alina Serban

Alina Serban is currently the Sales Director at Hellas Direct, where they lead business development efforts in Romania, manage commercial activities, and contribute to new product development. Previously, Alina held various roles at BRD, including Head of Sales, Animation & Training, and Head of Business Development, where they coordinated sales teams and developed strategies for partnerships and commercial actions. Their career also includes experience as a National Trainer and Regional Marketing Coordinator at BRD, contributing to training and market analysis initiatives. Alina earned degrees in Economics Engineering and Banking from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București and the Romanian Banking Institute, respectively.
