Prior to that, they worked at Barclays Capital as a Director from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from 2004 to 2007. Emilios also worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate from 2000 to 2003, where they gained valuable consulting experience. Emilios started their career at Jardine Lloyd Thompson as an Actuary from 1997 to 1999. Prior to Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Emilios worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Colonial First State from 1995 to 1997.

Following this, they pursued an MSc in Actuarial Science at Bayes Business School from 1993 to 1995. Emilios then advanced their knowledge in Actuarial Science by obtaining a degree from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA), which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Afterwards, Emilios furthered their education by pursuing an MSc in Finance at the London Business School from 1999 to 2000.
