Haris Ioannou

Haris Ioannou currently serves in a role focused on REOs and transaction advisory at Hellenic Bank since March 2023. Prior to this, Haris was the Head of Asset Management at APS Debt Servicing Cyprus from July 2017 to May 2023, specializing in the management of asset portfolios to enhance marketability and returns. Earlier experience includes roles as Head of Asset Management at Hellenic Bank, Financial Modelling Analyst, and Chartered Surveyor at KPMG Cyprus, where responsibilities encompassed feasibility studies, due diligence, and market research. Haris began a career as a Chartered Surveyor with A.C. Georgiou Estates, engaging in property valuations and investment consultations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in European Real Estate from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sussex.
