Ioannis Panolias

Ioannis Panolias currently serves as the Head of the Department of Strategic Planning at the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance since September 2022, previously holding roles such as Cybersecurity Policy Officer and Public Procurement Expert at the Ministry of Development and Investments from August 2018 to March 2022. Educationally, Ioannis Panolias holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Athens University of Economics and Business, a Master of Arts in International Relations and World Order from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor's degree in Theology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, Ioannis Panolias is pursuing a certification in Agile Leadership from WU Executive Academy, complementing a prior executive education at the same institution in 2019.
