Athanasios Katsantonis Msc

Athanasios Katsantonis holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technologies and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Telecommunications Engineering. Currently employed at OTE Group of Companies (HTO) as a Telecommunications Core Network & Infrastructure Engineer since August 2013, Athanasios specializes in supporting North Greece's Core Network and Network Operations, working with various IP core network elements such as Cisco ASR 9000 and Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia 7750 routers. Previous roles include Telecommunications Field Engineer, focusing on the installation and support of transmission networks, and PCP Technician at Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation. Athanasios has also served as a volunteer soldier in the Hellenic Army's Special Forces and worked in xDSL at Forthnet. Additional education includes a coursework focus on recent advances in networking and sound engineering.
