Thanos Tsolkas

Thanos Tsolkas has extensive experience in IT and HR within major organizations. At OTE Group of Companies, Thanos served as Deputy Director for IT HR Planning & Legal Systems, leading the successful migration of the HR system from Oracle PeopleSoft to SAP HCM, which earned two HR Awards for operational efficiency. In the role of Deputy Director for ERM & IT Security, Thanos oversaw the standardization of HR processes and managed the transition from Oracle to SAP ERP, enhancing data accuracy and financial compliance. Thanos previously contributed as Customer Care Systems Manager, driving the digitalization of customer operations, and held roles at Telesoft S.A., Vodafone, and Warner Lambert, demonstrating a strong background in project management and software engineering. Thanos holds a Master's Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a degree from the National Technical University of Athens, alongside a high school diploma from the Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College.
