Zoi Protogera

Zoi Protogera serves as the Human Resources Director at Hellenic Train S.A. since January 2020, where responsibilities include workforce planning, industrial relations, personnel management, and compliance with labor legislation. Prior to this role, Zoi held positions in human resources at EESSTY S.A., B2Kapital SA, Piraeus Bank, WIND Hellas, Marfin Egnatia Bank, the Athens Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXVIII Olympiad, and INFORM, demonstrating extensive experience in HR management, recruitment, training, and organizational structuring. Zoi holds a degree in economics from the University of Piraeus.
