Jeffrey Appell

Jeffrey Appell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey has held various leadership positions in different companies. At Heller Consulting, they started as the Director of Consulting Services in 2006 and later became the Vice President of Services from 2008 to 2011. Jeffrey then served as the President of the company from 2012 to 2015, utilizing their managerial and leadership skills to oversee all aspects of the firm's operations. In 2016, they became the CEO of Heller Consulting, responsible for growing the firm's revenue and ensuring its position as an industry leader.

In 2020, Jeffrey Appell joined Microsoft as part of the Advisory Steering Team, focusing on Tech for Social Impact. Jeffrey also became a member of the Partner Advisory Board at Salesforce.org the same year.

Before joining Heller Consulting, Jeffrey worked at Stern Grove Festival as a Development Associate, where they played a key role in fundraising initiatives and volunteer organization. Prior to that, they worked at JCCSF as a Development Assistant, managing donor records and relationships, as well as leading the software selection process for a new fundraising system.

Additionally, Jeffrey worked at Heller Consulting earlier in their career, serving as a Senior Consultant and later as the Technology Team Manager. Jeffrey excelled at managing challenging CRM projects and contributed to the firm's success through service development opportunities.

Jeffrey Appell attended UC Santa Barbara from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Jeffrey then went on to pursue higher education at San Francisco State University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in History.
