Jennifer's expertise encompasses leading project teams, delivering system architecture assessments, and facilitating data migrations, backed by multiple Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Platform App Builder, and various Cloud Consultant designations. Previous roles include consulting positions at the National Community Tax Coalition and research support at the University of Chicago, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing organizational missions through strategic technology solutions. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago.
