Valerie Maulbeck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as Principal at Heller Consulting since July 2014, Valerie has previously held roles as Senior Technical Consultant and Consultant. At Hispanics in Philanthropy from July 2011 to June 2014, Valerie coordinated communications and technology efforts, managing website development and writing impactful grant reports. As an independent consultant in 2011-2012, Valerie collaborated with nonprofits and academics, focusing on visual communication. Earlier roles include Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant at SES Advisors, Inc., where Valerie managed events and marketing initiatives. Valerie's career began as Director of Camp Exploration at Summit YMCA, where curriculum development for ESL students was a key responsibility. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology with a minor in English Literature from Swarthmore College in 2006.
