Charles McCarty

Charles McCarty has been working in the engineering industry since 2013. Charles began their career as a Manager at Italos, where they were promoted based on their near perfect attendance, efficient work style, and initiative to increase productivity. Charles then moved to H-P Products Engineered Tube Bends in 2018, where they worked as an Engineer 1. In 2020, they began working at Heatworks as an Engineering Technician. In 2021, they worked as a Project Specialist at EN Engineering, and in 2022 they were a Systems Manager at iA. Currently, Charles works as a Field Engineer at Heller Industries, a position they have held since 2023.

Charles McCarty attended Youngstown State University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineeering Technology. Charles also attended Kent State University at Salem from 2013 to 2014 for Undergraduate Studies.
