Rajnish Tiwari

Rajnish Tiwari has worked as a Mechanical Engineer since 2015. Rajnish began their career at Top Gear Transmission Pvt Ltd as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they generated CAD and assembly drawings of Milling fixtures for machining of carrier using AutoCAD & SolidWorks as per customer requests, and performed root cause analysis to detect faults in design and manufacturing processes. In 2018, they joined S-Cubed as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed mechanical, thermal, and mechatronic assemblies based on customer requests, process requirements, and company research and development goals. Rajnish also designed machined metal, plastic, and sheet metal components based on machine requirements and customer requests, and optimized design of existing components for manufacturing and cost efficiency. Currently, they are employed at Heller Industries as a Mechanical Engineer 2.

Rajnish Tiwari received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2015. Rajnish then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2018. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) from Dassault Systèmes in 2018, a Diploma in Product Design and Analysis (CATIA & ANSYS) from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in 2017, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in 2018.
