Scott Henkelman

Mechanical Design Engineer at Heller Industries

Scott Henkelman has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2008 with a Research Intern position at Technische Universität Darmstadt, obtained through the National Science Foundation's Research Experience for Undergraduates program. Scott then moved to PARC as a Hardware Systems Lab Intern in 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of International Fellow and Lecturer, ME Division at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Ripple Design, followed by a Mechanical Engineering Intern role at Applied Materials in 2013. In 2014, Scott held both a Product Engineer role at Theranos and a Course Assistant role at Stanford University, where they were responsible for coordinating the SUGAR and ME310 EXPE product expos and presentations. Finally, in 2017, they became a Mechanical Design Engineer at Heller Industries.

Scott Henkelman has an educational background in engineering. Scott attended Strath Haven High School, followed by Princeton University where they obtained a BSE in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Robotics and Intelligent Systems in 2010. Scott then attended Stanford University, graduating with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2014.
