Julia Kaufman is the current Chief People Officer at Hellman & Friedman. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of Human Capital Management at Tishman Speyer from September 2016 to September 2022. Before that, Kaufman served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners from April 2013 to September 2016. Prior to Barclays, Kaufman was the Senior Vice President, Head of US Campus Recruiting at Lehman Brothers from January 2008 to January 2008.

Julia Kaufman received their B.A. from the University of Virginia in Foreign Affairs and Russian Studies and then went on to earn their MBA from Harvard Business School.
