Lindsay Padilla is the CEO and Co-Founder at Hello Audio. Prior to their current role, they were the Founder, Podcast Host, and Community Leader at Academics Mean Business from June 2017 to August 2019.

Academics Mean Business's mission is to help academics turn into entrepreneurs and create their freedom. The company does this by providing a community for academics to connect with each other and share knowledge around higher education and growing a business.

Padilla started Academics Mean Business because they saw a need for a supportive community for academics who want to make a difference in the world. Lindsay is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and is always looking for ways to make a positive impact.

In their free time, Padilla enjoys spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and hiking.

Lindsay Padilla has a Doctor of Education from the University of San Francisco in International and Multicultural Education, a Master's in Sociology from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge. Lindsay also did pre-graduate research in Comparative analysis of educational systems in London and the U.S. at the University of London.
