Lena Cox

Lena Cox is a seasoned content designer with a diverse background in UX writing and regulatory affairs. Currently employed at Flare since February 2025, Lena previously held the position of Senior UX Writer at Yotpo, where responsibilities included designing microcopy for e-commerce products, conducting market research, and leading usability testing. Lena's earlier experience at Chevron involved developing compliance monitoring systems and coordinating environmental safety management standards, while prior roles included supporting the Pennsylvania Attorney General and managing PR strategies for cybersecurity clients at W2 Communications. Lena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University and has completed an abroad program at Tel Aviv University.
