Kelly McConnell

Kelly McConnell has worked in various positions since 2006. Kelly began their career as an Assistant Office Manager at Metro Reporters Inc. in 2006. In 2010, they became President & Business Manager of Virginia Tech's Premier Acapella Group- Soulstice. In 2011, Kelly McConnell worked as a Banquet Captain at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center. Kelly then worked as an Executive & Personal Assistant & Event Coordinator at Lisa Zuccari in 2012. That same year, they also worked as an Assistant Product Manager and Call Center Supervisor at Servarus Systems. From 2015 to 2017, Kelly McConnell worked at Zenefits as a Product Operations Analyst and Product Operations Sr. Specialist. In their role as Product Operations Sr. Specialist, they were tasked with revamping the renewal process while training and mentoring over 250 Benefit Advisers. Kelly then worked as Head of Operations and Product Owner at Lean Street Company from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Kelly McConnell began working as a Product Manager at Flock (helloflock.com).

Kelly McConnell graduated from Virginia Tech in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management. Kelly is also licensed with the Virginia Bureau of Insurance.
