Dwight Moxie

Dwight Moxie currently serves as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Government Affairs at Hello Heart since April 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Revance Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2020 to April 2025, and Vice President of Worldwide R&D, Commercial and Marketing Operations, as well as European Operations at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. from January 2017 to March 2020. Moxie was also Vice President and Chief Counsel to the Eye-Care Division at Allergan, overseeing a $1.5 billion division from September 2011 to January 2017, and served as Senior Counsel at GlaxoSmithKline from 2006 to September 2011. Early career experience includes working as an Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP from 2000 to 2006. Moxie holds a JD from Howard University School of Law (2000) and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Florida State University (1997).
