Vlad Ruter

Vlad Ruter is currently serving as the Full Stack Team Lead at Hello Heart since May 2021. Prior to this, Vlad was a Full Stack Engineer at Quality Score LTD from May 2019 to May 2021. Before that, Vlad held various positions at Webpals Group from May 2016 to May 2019, including Tech Lead and Backend Engineer. Vlad also has a solid background in technology and engineering, having worked at the Israel Defense Forces from April 2009 to September 2015 with roles such as Full Stack Engineer, System Architect, System Administrator Team Lead, and System Administrator.
