Ana Beatriz Paes has a diverse work experience in graphic design and marketing. Ana Beatriz started their career as a Design Intern at Grupo Promove, where they created artworks for social media and email marketing templates. Ana Beatriz then joined Subsea7 as a Communication Intern, where they continued to create and adapt artworks following the company's visual identity and branding, as well as supporting internal and external campaigns. Ana also worked as a Communications Assistant and Communications Analyst at Subsea7, where they were responsible for creating high impact presentations, developing internal and external campaigns, and ensuring the correct use of the company's brand. Ana Beatriz later founded their own graphic design company, bp design, where they focused on creating visual identities and branding for various clients. Most recently, Ana worked at Hello Sugar as a Creative Director and Graphic Designer, where they were responsible for full branding development and concept creation, as well as improving marketing strategies and design for franchises and ensuring the best user experience for clients nationwide.

Ana Beatriz Paes completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colégio Pedro II from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Science and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Ana Beatriz Paes has also obtained several certifications in the field of design and presentations, including a certification in Branding from LAJE in 2023 and certifications in High Impact Presentations and Design Thinking in 2018.
