Prior experience encompasses leadership roles at WarnerMedia and Fullscreen, with a strong focus on consumer insights and digital strategy, as well as significant contributions to marketing transformation at SapientRazorfish and Razorfish. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
