Luciana Ndanu is a Senior Credit Data Analyst at Hello Tractor since April 2022, focusing on empowering smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa through the innovative Pay As You Go financing model. Previously, as an Impact Fellow, Luciana enhanced customer engagement and integrated feedback into business processes. Prior experience includes roles as Data Quality and Innovations Coordinator and Project Support Officer at Dodore Kenya Ltd, facilitating the Agri-wallet system and supporting healthcare enrollments. Additionally, Luciana served as Assistant Retail Sales Manager at Alcatel One Touch, driving market awareness for wireless technology, and as Sales Manager at Alken Kenya Limited. Educational background includes studies at Mount Kenya University.
