Winnie Mokeira currently serves as the Credit & Portfolio Manager for the PAYG Project at Hello Tractor, where responsibilities include supporting the provision of tractors and farm implements to smallholder farmers in Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria through an inclusive financing model. Prior experience includes an Associate Project Manager role at Geenem Agribusiness Consultancy and a Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst position at Milhan Access Capital Limited. Winnie Mokeira holds a Bachelor of Economics & Finance from Kenyatta University, a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, and an upcoming Agriculture & Rural Finance Certification from FAO Academy/ADA, along with proficiency in French demonstrated by a DALF A1 certificate from Alliance française d’Eldoret.
