Jennifer Taveras

Jennifer Taveras is an experienced operations associate currently at Alma since November 2022. Jennifer also owns Move 2 Live Fitness, where operations have been managed since March 2020. Previous roles include people and culture coordinator at UpLift and talent acquisition recruiter at One Drop. From November 2014 to March 2020, Jennifer served as a Tier 3+ certified personal trainer at Equinox. Earlier experience includes working as a human resources recruiter at KNIGHT SECURITY NY and as a mental health counselor for children at Children of Promise, NYC. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Hunter College.
