Olga Arbitman

Olga Arbitman is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in both management and coaching roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Alma, Olga previously held the position of Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager at The New York Times. Additionally, Olga worked as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Developer at Bloomberg LP, and as an Interview and Leadership Coach for Engineering Managers at IGotAnOffer. Olga holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from New York University and a Certificate of Leadership Excellence in Strategy and Innovation for senior leaders from Harvard University, earned between January 2021 and July 2023.
