Justin Rouzaud

Justin Rouzaud has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. Justin is the Founder of Alva, a window treatments company, focused on custom drapery and shades. Prior to that, they worked at Symplast, a health-tech startup, where they served as the Head of Sales & Support. Justin was responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, acquiring early adopter customers, and building a US-based sales team. Justin also held the position of Director of Marketing at IGT Media Holdings / Primecard, where they oversaw marketing and customer experience functions. Additionally, Justin has experience in international business development and online marketing at Fashion4home.com. Justin started their career as an Energy Marketing & Business Outreach Intern at the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism, and also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Hawai'i Pacific University and as a Public Policy Analyst Intern at the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii.

Justin Rouzaud earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Hawaii Pacific University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Justin later completed their Master's of Law and Business degree, specializing in Corporate Strategy and International Trade Law, at Bucerius Law School in 2010.
