Stephanie Soff Rouzaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and marketing. As Co-Founder of Alva since January 2017, Stephanie has honed leadership skills and strategic insight. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as Senior Product Manager in Global Market Development at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities included product education, market analysis, and cross-functional team coordination for product launches. Additional experiences encompass positions as Executive Producer/Account Manager at MeetTheBoss, Project Executive at GDS International, and Marketing Management Trainee at British American Tobacco, where notable achievements included conducting gap analyses and optimizing marketing strategies. Stephanie holds an MBA in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University and a BA in International Management from the University of Applied Science Fulda.
