Brent Cordell, MBA, is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Recruiting at Framework Solutions, LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at TriNet Pharma, Inc. from April 2021 to September 2022. From April 2019 to April 2021, Brent held the position of Director of Insurance at Greater Nevada Credit Union. Brent also worked as a Financial Representative at COUNTRY Financial® from September 2016 to March 2019. Before transitioning into the financial industry, Brent was the Operations Director at Future Prospects Baseball from August 2010 to September 2016. Brent's professional journey began as a Professional Baseball Player for the Tampa Bay Rays from June 2001 to April 2006.

Brent Cordell earned their bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Nevada, Reno from 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued their higher education at the University of Phoenix, where they completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management between 2011 and 2013.
