Akshay Borhade

Akshay Borhade is an experienced professional in the fields of continuous improvement, transformation, and procurement excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement and Transformation at HelloFresh since November 2022, Akshay previously held the position of Senior Manager, Procurement Excellence at Amazon from May 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, Akshay worked as a Senior Consulting Manager at GEP Worldwide from April 2016 to May 2022 and as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from June 2015 to April 2016. Akshay began the career at Thermax, where roles included Product Manager for the ENSG Boiler and Procurement Executive from August 2011 to August 2012. Academically, Akshay holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management from emlyon business school, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
