Sonia Morland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ecommerce and buying. Currently serving as the Head of Ecommerce and also as the Interim Head of Buying at Gorillas since May 2022, Sonia previously held roles at the Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Senior Associate from January 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, Sonia was the Operational Excellence Manager in a secondment from BCG to HelloFresh in 2021. Prior experience includes various buying roles at Tesco from 2015 to 2018, culminating in the position of Buying Manager for Ice Cream & Frozen Ready Meals. Sonia began their career with a Commercial Food Internship at Tesco PLC in 2014. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, Sonia graduated with First Class Honours in English Language and Literature and holds a Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
