Ximena Aristizabal

Ximena Aristizabal has extensive experience in procurement and operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Procurement Operations Center of Excellence at HelloFresh since April 2018. Previous roles at HelloFresh include Director and Associate Director in various procurement and supply chain planning capacities. Prior to HelloFresh, Ximena worked at Nestlé from May 2013 to April 2018, focusing on corporate operations and manufacturing strategy. Early career experience includes positions at NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering as an undergraduate admissions ambassador and research assistant, as well as an industrial product development intern at Pfizer. Ximena holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from both New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
