Alexa Adler is an experienced professional in customer experience and business management, currently serving as the Founder and Head of Customer Experience at Jupiter since November 2019. At Jupiter, a company focused on premium hair and scalp care products, Alexa promotes the brand's mantra of #ZeroFlakesGiven, empowering customers to feel confident without concerns about flaking. Prior to this role, Alexa held various positions at Warby Parker from July 2012 to October 2019, progressing from Customer Experience Associate to Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and optimizing operational processes. Alexa also gained experience at The Nielsen Company as an Analyst in Client Consulting and completed internships at American Eagle Outfitters and Burns White LLC, where an interactive Access database was developed to organize legal documents.
