Olga Liakhova

Olga Liakhova has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Olga started their career as an English language translator/interpreter at a translation agency while studying at the university. Olga then went on to form their own private company, a translation agency, in 2009, where they provided professional translation services. During this time, they developed skills in goal setting, persistence, and effective time management.

In 2015, Olga worked as a Photo Retoucher on Elance, completing various assignments related to corporate identity creation. In 2016, they served as the Customer Relations Director at Universal Translation Bureau, where they headed the customer service department and was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and profitability. This role provided their with experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
