Maarten Koornstra

Maarten Koornstra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maarten is currently working at Hellorider, starting in 2020, where they have held various positions including Head of Operations, Head of Growth & Strategy, Ops & Growth Manager, and Business Development. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they worked at Fietsenwinkel.nl / Hellorider in the Business Development role. In 2018, they worked as an M&A Associate at Seasons Capital Partners. In 2014, they co-founded Assessments4Students, a company focused on improving students' performance during assessments. Maarten also had an internship at InsingerGilissen Bankiers N.V. in the Investment Solutions Department in 2015 and a summer internship at HEINEKEN in 2011.

Maarten Koornstra completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Economics from the Erasmus School of Economics from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued an MSc in Financial Economics from the same institution, graduating in 2017. In 2015, they also had a short-term experience studying Economics at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
