Iago Otero

Iago Otero is a seasoned Frontend Engineer with extensive experience in developing user interfaces and applications across various platforms. Currently working at HelloSelf since June 2023, Iago previously contributed to Memrise from June 2021 to May 2023, focusing on the creation of a new dashboard in React and the MemBot chatbot project utilizing GPT-3. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at FACEIT Ltd from July 2016 to June 2021, where Iago managed user-facing UI for tournaments and other features. Earlier roles included full-stack development at Cycle Information Technology and GMV, as well as web development and database administration at the Instituto de la Juventud. Iago holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Proficient in technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Python, and Django, Iago employs agile methodologies and has a solid foundation in software development principles.
