Maya Slomovich

Maya Slomovich’s work experience includes various roles in the marketing and growth fields. Maya is currently working at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) as Growth Marketing, specifically for Simply Guitar. Prior to this, Maya worked at Moon Active as a Senior Mobile User Acquisition Manager from July 2020 to July 2021. Maya also served as Head of Growth at Earny Inc. from June 2019 to February 2020 and as a Growth Manager from June 2017 to June 2019. During their tenure at Earny Inc., Maya successfully grew the user base from 10,000 to 3,000,000 for a direct-to-consumer fintech app. Maya established paid UA channels and managed a six-figure budget across various platforms.

Before joining Earny Inc., Maya worked as a User Acquisition Marketing Manager at Laurel & Wolf from August 2015 to November 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at The Equinox Group from May 2014 to August 2015. In this role, Maya managed a client portfolio and oversaw project intake, ideation, and execution across print, digital, and motion projects. Maya also spearheaded various key projects, including the Dole Pineapple Juice site design and a 360° marketing strategy.

Maya’s previous experience includes co-founding trejewelry and serving as its CMO from May 2012 to May 2014. Maya also worked as an Online Marketing Associate at Novica.com from May 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, they held a marketing coordinator role at LinkShare Corporation from October 2009 to April 2011 and worked as a marketing intern at RL Computing, LLC from February 2009 to May 2009. Maya'sfirst professional experience was as a Coordinator for "Let's go to the Library" at Journey's End from February 2008 to May 2009.

Maya Slomovich pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from the University at Buffalo. Maya attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, Maya participated in a study abroad program at the AIP Language Institute in Valencia, Spain, focusing on the Spanish Language.

Additionally, Maya Slomovich obtained the certification of Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge in February 2019.
