Or Matias has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of music directing and conducting. Or started their career as a Broadway Music Director and Content Developer, leading large teams in the development and production of Broadway shows. Or also had the opportunity to showcase their work on television performances.

In 2015, Or Matias served as a Music Director and actor in the production of "PRELUDES" at Lincoln Center Theater, receiving acclaim for their performance and earning a nomination for an Outstanding Supporting Actor award.

Or continued to excel in their field with roles such as Music Director and Conductor for "First Daughters Suite" at The Public Theater and Music Director and Conductor for "Great Comet of 1812" at Imperial Theatre. The latter production received 12 Tony Award nominations.

Or Matias also worked as a Music Director and Music Supervisor for signature productions such as "Octet" at Signature Theatre Company, where they received the prestigious Obie Award for their music work, and "Moby Dick" at American Repertory Theater. Or played a key role in the development of these shows from their inception.

Furthermore, their passion for education led him to become a Professor of Musical Theatre at Manhattan School of Music, where they continue to impart their knowledge and expertise.

Recently, Or Matias joined JoyTunes as the Lead Content Creator and Presenter for the "Be Sharper" series, showcasing their abilities beyond the stage.

Throughout their career, Or Matias has proven to be a versatile and accomplished professional in the music industry, with a strong background in creativity, leadership, and operational execution.

Or Matias attended The Juilliard School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano performance. Following that, they pursued further education at New York University from 2010 to 2012, receiving a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Composition for Theatre.
