Tal Zur Hirshfeld is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, procurement, and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Procurement at Simply since July 2021, Tal has previously held prominent roles including Head of Sales Department at BUYME Technologies, where a successful sales strategy was developed, and Head of Community Volunteer Unit at Tel Aviv Municipality, managing a large volunteer workforce. With a robust background in training and development gained from positions at John Bryce and Maccabi Youth, Tal brings a strong educational foundation, holding a Master's degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor's degree encompassing psychology, sociology, and criminology from Bar-Ilan University.
