Daniel Moradian

Daniel Moradian is presently a Senior Legal Counsel at Stake, having previously worked as a Corporate/M&A Lawyer at Clayton Utz under the supervision of National Practice Group Leader Rory Moriarty. Prior to their role at Clayton Utz, Daniel worked in various legal positions including Legal Technology Services, Corporate/M&A/Capital Markets, and as a Summer Clerk in banking and finance and corporate law. Additionally, Daniel served as a Legal Counsel at Insignia Financial during a secondment. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Daniel is currently pursuing a Foundations of Directorship degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
