Khusnur Alam Siddiki has worked in various roles since 2017. Khusnur Alam started as a Trainee Lawyer at the Chittagong District Bar Association (CDBA), where they researched and wrote applications, agreements, and proposals, attended hearings as a representative for the firm and its clients, and drafted motions and petitions. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Support Expert at Lead Firmament. In 2020, they were a Project Consultant at Chandgaon Disabled People Development Council and an Asst. Project Officer at Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) UKAID PROJECT. In this role, they worked with Upzilla Disabled People Development Councils (UDPDCs) and monitored and documented UDPDC and DPOS, as well as organized advocacy and awareness-raising events. Khusnur Alam is currently a Project Manager and Project Officer & Securing Rights Project Focal at HelloTask, where they are responsible for taking care of the day-to-day activities of partner organization projects and acting as a Project Focal for Securing Rights for the Domestic Workers to Oxfam GB.
Khusnur Alam Siddiki completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Premier University Chittagong in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the same university in 2015. In 2011, they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate from Govt. Hazi Muhammad Mohsin College, Chittagong, in the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies. In 2009, they received a Secondary School Certificate from Chittagong Police Institution, also in the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
