Mark Peterson has worked for a variety of companies since 2002. Mark began their career as the Managing Director for ESL for Business in 2002. In 2010, they worked as a Network Control Operations Supervisor for Grand Central Partners and a Volunteer for Suncoast Hospice. Mark then attended USF as a Student from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they were an Application Developer for ApDev International and an MOBILE PROGRAMMING PROGRAM instructor at St. Petersburg College. In 2013, they were the Director for Almond Entertainment Inc. and in 2021, they have been an Information Technology Technician for HelloTech Inc. and a Facilites Department and Warehouse employee for Custom Manufacturing & Engineering.

Mark Peterson began their educational journey in 1990 when they attended Los Angeles City College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education. In 2011, they enrolled at the University of South Florida and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015. During this time, they also obtained an A+ certification in July 2012. In 2014, Mark attended St. Petersburg College and earned a Mobile Programming certificate in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Mark also attended St. Petersburg College, although no degree or field of study was specified.
