Bryan Richardson

Bryan Richardson is an IT technician who has been working in the field for over 6 years. Bryan started their career as a team lead and subject matter expert at Xerox, where they handled escalated customer service issues and trained new agents. Bryan then moved on to Piper Technologies, where they worked as an IT field technician. In this role, they installed, maintained, and serviced all levels of a client's IT infrastructure. Bryan also helped open a new campaign for the client at a new call center and performed team lead/training duties for new supervisors and agents. Bryan currently works as an IT technician at the COUNTY OF GRANVILLE.

Bryan Richardson has an Associate of Science in Information Technology-Web Development from Vance-Granville Community College and a certification from CompTIA in Server+. Bryan is currently pursuing a degree in Geography, GIS at East Carolina University.
