Ajeet Singh

Ajeet Singh currently serves as Team Lead Manager at Helloverify, a position held since December 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing client background verification, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), managing contract renewals with the legal team, and collaborating with operations and quality teams. Ajeet also handles client tools for efficient verification processes, creates billing annexures and invoices, ensures timely payment follow-ups, performs data reconciliation, and prepares management information system (MIS) reports and presentations for various client and internal needs. Prior to this role, Ajeet worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Booyah Chicago (Gonpati Global E-Commerce) from April 2015 to October 2016, accumulating 18 months of experience in supply chain management with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Ajeet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from DBRA University Agra, completed between 2011 and 2014.
