Monica Diaz

Monica Diaz is an experienced Application Support Manager at Helloworld Travel Limited since November 2021, and has been the Application Support Team Leader at Viva Holidays since 2008, where responsibilities include managing a system support team and improving the application support structure through new technologies. Previously, in the role of Senior Application Support Analyst, Monica ensured quick problem resolution and maintained critical business systems for optimal operational performance. Monica has pursued education in project management, earning a Diploma of Project Management and a Certificate IV in Project Management from TAFE NSW.
