Lars Rugaas

Lars Rugaas is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Sales Director for Northern Europe & Baltics at Helly Hansen since October 2018. Prior to this role, Lars held several positions at XXL Sport & Villmark, including Nordisk Innkjøpsdirektør and Nordisk Innkjøpssjef, from January 2005 to May 2018. Lars also has experience as a Partner and Daglig leder at Klart Svar Follo between January 2010 and January 2012, and as a Produktsjef at Gresvig AS from January 2003 to January 2005. Lars Rugaas holds a Master in Marketing Management from Griffith University and a Bachelor in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.
