Gerry Wallner

Gerry Wallner began their work experience as the CEO of Life Line Consulting in 1994. Gerry then worked as a Project Manager at SBB-CFF-FFS from 2005 to 2007. In 2010, they joined Zürcher Kantonalbank as a Project Manager until August 2012. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Director at Beck et al. Services AG Switzerland. In 2012, they became an Associate Partner at mas Ltd until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at HELM AG Hamburg, starting as a Project Manager and later becoming the Head of Department - Business Applications. Since September 2021, they have been the Director of IT Business Applications at HELM AG.

Gerry Wallner has a Master of Science degree in Physical Sciences from UCLA. From 1983 to 1985, they attended MIT Musicians Institute of Technology and obtained a certificate in Music. In terms of additional certifications, Gerry obtained a Professional in Service Management (DPSM(CM)) from the priSM Institute - itSMF in July 2011. Gerry also holds a Certified Data Protection Officer certification obtained in January 2005. Gerry achieved the Certified Consultant V-Model XT in March 2004. Gerry is certified as an ISO 20000 consultant & auditor by itSMF, and is also a Certified ITIL Expert. Additionally, Gerry is a Certified Senior Project Manager by GPM/IPMA and an Internal Auditor for QM/ISO 9001.
