Mel Baiser is a seasoned professional in the construction and project management industry, currently serving as Co-Founder & Director of Strategy & Vision at HELM Construction Solutions LLC since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Owner of Baiser Construction Management and Project Manager/Estimator at EB Contractors, along with earlier positions at Bensonwood Homes, Saturn Construction Company, and Eco Structures. Mel's educational background encompasses a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from Linfield University, a Certificate in Construction Management from California State University - East Bay, and ongoing training in professional coaching with iPEC Coaching. Prior to entering the construction field, Mel contributed as a Grassroots Coordinator for CISPES and engaged in organizational support for Collaborating Agencies Responding to Disaster.
